Sales Staff - Jakarta - WFO (ID: 715061)

Key Responsibility Areas

• Conduct B2B sales activities for scaffolding and construction-related rental products.

• Develop new customers and identify new business opportunities.

• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable rental products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

• Conduct price and commercial negotiations with customers.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, rental schedules, delivery status, and customer requests.

• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate internally with Operations, Logistics, Administration, and other related departments.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Maintain customer information and sales activity records.

• Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts.

• Support collection / payment follow-up when necessary.

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Mandatory [MUST]

• B2B sales experience.

• Experience in construction, construction materials, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or related industries is preferred.

• Able to visit customers and conduct field sales activities.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to prepare quotations and follow up with customers independently.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Valid driving license (SIM A)

• Willing to work in Cikarang for 1 - 2 month and later in Jakarta after the office relocation.

Preferred [WANT]

• Sales experience in scaffolding products.

• Knowledge of scaffolding products and construction sites.

• Previous experience working with scaffolding, even if the current position is in Sales.

• Experience in construction equipment / construction material sales.

• Experience in new customer development.

• Existing network with contractors, construction companies, or project-related customers.

• Experience working for a Japanese company.

• Japanese language ability is an advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree or above
