Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint within Sulawesi Region. This role focuses on active lead generation, relationship building, and local market penetration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated field professional with deep knowledge of local business dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pitch to potential clients within the designated territory to expand the active customer pipeline

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention rates, satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling

• Conduct daily field visits, product demonstrations, and face-to-face negotiations with business owners or procurement managers

• Monitor and report on local competitor activities, market trends, and shifting customer needs to the regional sales head

• Log all sales activities, timeline updates, and forecasts accurately using the company CRM platform

• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding billing issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, B2G Sales, or account management

• Valid driver's license (SIM C / SIM A) and own personal transport (motorcycle or car) for daily client visits

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Target-driven mindset with resilience in overcoming objections

• Native or professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Experience working in a growing or mid-size company, not only large corporations

• Background in construction and building material industry (preferred)

• Prior experience working within the specific local region's market is highly preferred
