Sales Promotion - Part Time/Freelance (Friday - Sunday)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Promotion (SP) to join our field promotion team in the Kediri area. In this role, you will be the frontline face of the company in greeting potential customers, educating them on product advantages, and driving daily sales target achievements during weekend events/exhibitions (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). This role is ideal for those who love a challenge, are flexible, possess persuasive communication skills, and want to gain experience and income in the retail & promotion sector.

Key responsibilities

• Actively and warmly greet, approach, and offer products to event/exhibition visitors

• Provide clear and engaging information regarding product advantages and ongoing promotional programs

• Drive daily sales to meet and exceed the targets set by the company

• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and product display arrangements in the booth area throughout the event

• Prepare brief daily reports on sales results and customer feedback for the team coordinator

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent

• Experience in retail, customer service, or as an Sales Promotion / event promoter is preferred (fresh graduates with organizational or event experience are welcome to apply)

• Neat, attractive appearance with a professional and positive work attitude

• Excellent communication skills, communicative, and confident when approaching and interacting with potential new customers

• Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed daily sales targets

• Quick to understand and memorize product advantages and price lists

• Willing to work part-time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (including public holidays if an event is scheduled)

• Adaptable and willing to be assigned to various event, exhibition, or partner store locations within the Kediri area
