Sales & Operation Analyst - F&B

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Drive sales growth across all online and offline channels.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

• Develop pricing, promotional, and commercial programs to maximize sales performance.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and R&D to execute commercial initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or consumer goods industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage commercial performance.

• Data-driven mindset with solid skills in performance analysis, forecasting, and business insights.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and willing to travel / be mobile will be advantage.
