Production Supervisor - F&B

Job Description:

• Monitoring daily production targets and work in process

• Responsible for all production processes and result

• Controlling and analyzing material stock and requirements for the production process

• Coordinating with other departments for material requirement

• Coordinating with PPIC for the preparation of plans and production schedules

• Preparing schedules for crew and conducting daily briefing

• Making a weekly and monthly report.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Technology / Food Production, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience a minimum of 3 years in the production process, preferably in F&B retail or FMCG

• Proficient in production flow processes

• Capable of managing a team of at least 10 people.

• Quick adaptation and practical problem-solving skills.

• Strong sensory/organoleptic evaluation skills.

• Good knowledge of food production machines is an advantage

• Good knowledge of production management, HACCP, and food safety

• Strong analytical, detailed, good follow up.

• Food Handler Certification.

• Competency Certification.

• Food Safety Ceritification.

• HACCP certification is a plus.

• Ready to work 6 days (West Jakarta) and join ASAP.
