Sales Manager Truck European (Western)/China (Asian) Products

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product marketing activities to achieve established targets

• Develop an extensive marketing network for the products

• Analyse and evaluate marketing programs

• Formulate product segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies in alignment with established business strategies

• Coordinate with after-sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Management, or Marketing)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

• Understanding of the market across Indonesia

• Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry

• Experience in leading and directing sales teams

• Knowledge of sales processes, particularly CRM

• Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia
