Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a Sales Leader/Manager role.

• Experience in plastic packaging, thermoforming, vacuum forming, trays, or related industries.

• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account management.

• Basic knowledge of PET, PP, HIPS, and foam materials.

• Business English proficiency is mandatory.

• Willing to be based in Cikarang and travel for customer visits.

• Hold valid car driver license (SIM A).

Job Description

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

• Promote and sell thermoformed plastic packaging and vacuum-formed products for several industries.

• Acquire new B2B customers and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly OEMs and multinational companies.

• Manage the sales process from RFQ, costing, sampling, and tooling to mass production.

• Lead the sales team and identify new business opportunities across various industries.
