Sales Manager (Japanese Speaker)

Industry: Technical vocational training for Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) / Tokutei Ginou (TG) fields.

Our client, a Japan SSW/TG training company, is currently hiring for Japanese Speaking Sales Manager to join their team. Here are the details:

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships with Japan-based companies employing Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) and Indonesian LPKs providing training for SSW candidates.

• Develop sales strategies to expand the company's client network in the Japanese market.

Requirements:

• Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory, preferably JLPT N2 or N1.

• Experience or exposure to the SSW/Tokutei Ginou ecosystem, P3MI, Sending Organization, Kumiai, TSK, or related Japan workforce businesses will be a strong advantage.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience dealing with Japanese companies or Japanese corporate clients is highly preferred.
