Sales Logistics & Freight Forwarding (Jakarta/Cikarang/Semarang/Surabaya)

Jobs Description:

· Design, implement, and manage effective sales and marketing strategies for the company's export and import products.

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.

· Manage the implementation of effective marketing and promotional campaigns, including social media strategies, advertising, and other promotional activities.

· Making a visit plan to Potential Customers, follow up, and analyze the results of the visit in order to maximize marketing potential

· Establish regular and intense relationships with potential Customers.

· Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree from related majors (Business Management, Logistics, Economics or other related fields)

· Have more than 2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company

· Understand the regulations and procedures related to export and import at home and abroad, including applicable international trade regulations

· Have good communication skills

· Understand the process of creating Export and Import jobs by sea and by air

· Master the customs process

· Understand the harmony system code to determine Import Duty

· Familiar with sales targets

· Understand Customs regulations

· Able to speak English (active)
