Spv Finance, Accounting And Tax

Job Description

· Responsible for recording financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.

· Prepare financial reports, including journals, ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.

· Perform reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable related to transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations.

· Handle end-to-end tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) processes, including issuance, validation, correction, cancellation, and monitoring through applicable tax systems.

· Ensure accurate tax invoice administration and compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

· Coordinate with external tax consultants on tax-related matters.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and Indonesian taxation regulations.

· Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.

· Hands-on experience in issuing and managing Faktur Pajak independently, including using e-Faktur and Coretax systems.

· Experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial administration.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently while providing leadership and support to the team.

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
