About the role

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and target-driven Sales Inhouse Property professionals to join our growing property development team. The role involves promoting and selling property projects, including warehouses, residential houses, and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell property projects, including warehouses, residential houses, and commercial properties

• Identify and approach potential buyers through various sales channels

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations

• Follow up with prospective buyers and negotiate to close sales

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and property agents

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain accurate customer databases and sales activity reports

• Actively participate in property exhibitions, marketing events, and promotional activities

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage

• Experienced in property sales, particularly warehouses, residential houses, commercial properties, or other real estate projects

• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up prospects, and close property sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of the property market in Jakarta and surrounding areas

• Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and target-oriented

• Familiar with digital marketing and social media for property sales

• Willing to work at project sites in North Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Cengkareng, including weekends when required
