Sales Executive (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned product categories in Jawa Timur area.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern and traditional retail customers.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, place orders, and provide product updates.

• Develop sales strategies and maintain a strong understanding of marketing techniques for animal supplements.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify sales opportunities.

• Provide input and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and market penetration.

• Ensure customer compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with sales experience outside the Jabodetabek area.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

• Experience in the animal supplement industry, particularly with Focat, Elope, Novamos, Clever Solution, Protema, or Maggpro, is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Good understanding of modern and traditional retail market trends and dynamics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

• Results-oriented, target-driven, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to travel and conduct regular visits to customer stores.
