Sales Engineer Manager

Job Description

1. Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities for automotive cable products.

2. Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

3. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and potential new business.

4. Manage customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and sales targets.

5. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase business growth.

6. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales, preferably at Manager level.

• Experience in automotive manufacturing, automotive components, cable, or related industries.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Based in Surabaya / East Java.
