Sales Consultant

About the role

Actively seek new customer prospects through various strategies including exhibitions, canvassing, social media, and referral programs. Deliver comprehensive product presentations and guide test drive sessions highlighting key features and vehicle technology. Support prospective customers throughout the entire purchase process, from initial consultation, credit application documentation (leasing), to unit delivery. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and create opportunities for new customer referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Support prospective customers throughout the entire purchase process from initial consultation through delivery

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction

• Create opportunities for new customer referrals

About you

• Minimum 1 year work experience in sales or marketing (automotive sales background is a strong advantage)

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills

• Highly target-oriented with high initiative and field resilience

• Own personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle) and valid Class C or Class A driving licence

• Willing to work exhibition hours or weekend shifts if required
