Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from any major

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Internal Trainer

Minimun 2 years of experiece as leader gadget

Mandatory experience in Fast Fashion or Electrical Appliances Industry

Fluent in English (speaking & writing)

Proficient in office systems & tools (Feishu, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Patient, passionate about training & people development

Creative and able to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct training sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both online and classroom training)

• Design and localize training materials based on business needs

• Create engaging training programs (gamification experience is a plus)

• Conduct training evaluations including tests, role plays, and assessments, and identify training gaps or issues

• Manage training administration including training tracking, reporting, and result analysis

• Provide insights and recommendations based on training outcomes and performance
