Sales Consultant

About the role

This is a sales position in the automotive industry focused on actively seeking new customer prospects through various strategies including exhibitions, canvassing, social media, and referral programs. The role involves delivering comprehensive product presentations, guiding test drive sessions, and supporting customers throughout the entire purchase process from initial consultation through credit application documentation and vehicle delivery. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and generate new customer referrals is a key part of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek new customer prospects through exhibitions, canvassing, social media, and referral programs

• Deliver comprehensive product presentations and guide test drive sessions highlighting key features and vehicle technology

• Support customers throughout the entire purchase process including initial consultation, credit application documentation, and vehicle delivery

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels

• Generate new customer referral opportunities

About you

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or marketing (automotive sales background is a strong advantage)

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills

• Highly target-oriented with strong initiative and field resilience

• Own personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle) and valid driving license (SIM C / SIM A)

• Willing to work exhibition hours or weekend shifts if required
