Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing and following up on customer leads.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product presentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to purchase.
• Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or other relevant channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Collaborate with the store team to maximize sales opportunities and lead conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to follow up and convert leads into sales.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
• Well-groomed and confident in dealing with customers.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and digital communication platforms.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and in a retail/store environment.
