Risk / Data Protection Assistant Manager

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk / Data Protection Assistant Manager at Bali International Hospital. This full-time role will be based in Bali and you will play a key part in ensuring the hospital operates in compliance with relevant regulations and policies, with a focus on risk management and data protection.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the hospital's risk management framework and policies

2. Oversee the hospital's data protection and privacy compliance, including managing the implementation of policies and procedures

3. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks

4. Provide advice and guidance to hospital staff on risk and compliance matters

5. Investigate and respond to incidents related to data breaches or non-compliance

6. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate risk and compliance information to senior management

7. Support the continuous improvement of the hospital's risk and compliance programs

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

2. Have 3-5 years experience in risk management

3. Experience in hospital/healthcare industry is an advantage

4. Have certification from CRMP/CRMS/QRMP/ISO 31000 Risk Management Certification is an advantage.

5. Strong understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM), ISO 31000 Framework, Risk Management Methodology, key risk indicators (KRI), Internal control and governance and compliance principles.

6. Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

7. Strong problem-solving capability.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
