Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and a positive guest experience while leading and motivating the restaurant team.

• Ensure excellent service and a positive guest experience

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments

• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor sales, service charge, and operational performance

• Control operational costs, stock usage, and minimize wastage

• Ensure all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good command of English

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations

• Able to work under pressure and manage a dynamic team

• Professional and positive attitude

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
