Reservation Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage bookings and reservation inquiries for our hotel and River Surf business. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth booking process, provide excellent customer service, and help maximize occupancy and booking revenue across both businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, online booking platforms, and other communication channels

• Manage bookings for hotel rooms, River Surf activities or sessions, and related packages

• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, schedules, facilities, and booking terms

• Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the reservation system

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Provide recommendations and assist guests in selecting suitable rooms, surf sessions, or packages

• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Send booking confirmations, payment instructions, reminders, and other relevant information

• Proactively follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

About you

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel services, customer service, or sales is preferred

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously

• Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel managers, booking platforms, or CRM systems is an advantage

• Proficient in using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as within a team
