Recruitment Supervisor (F&b)

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Food & Beverage positions, from vacancy identification through candidate placement

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels and databases

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for F&B roles

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers and relevant stakeholders

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information systems

• Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future F&B positions

• Provide recruitment support and guidance to line managers on selection criteria and hiring best practices

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes

• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and recruitment partners as required

• Support the implementation of recruitment policies and procedures in compliance with company standards

What we're looking for

• 3 years' experience in recruitment or human resources, with proven experience in F&B or hospitality recruitment

• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage industry roles, requirements and candidate profiles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels

• Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
