What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage day-to-day recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

• Lead a team of recruitment staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments to understand talent needs and recruitment timelines

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates through background checks and offer negotiations

• Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure targets are met and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

• Implement and refine recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire

• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships where applicable

• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture

• Collaborate with HR colleagues to streamline onboarding procedures and support new employee integration

What we're looking for

• 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity

• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and seniority levels

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance in Indonesia

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop team members effectively

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions
