About the Role

As our Recruitment Specialist, you will own the full recruitment cycle at Alamii — from sourcing the right talent to ensuring they have a great first experience on Day 1. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you'll also play a key role in building Alamii's employer brand and developing long-term talent pipelines through campus and community partnerships.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Attraction

• Manage job postings across Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn and employee referral program

• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Screening & Selection

• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and manage the end-to-end selection process

• Coordinate psychotests, HR interviews, and user interview scheduling

• Develop interview kits and assessment tools per position

• Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers

Offering & Pre-Joining

• Prepare and send offering letters

• Manage compensation negotiation with candidates

• Ensure completeness of all pre joining documents before Day 1

Onboarding

• Design and run onboarding programs for new hires

• Ensure new employees receive orientation, system access, and equipment on Day 1

• Facilitate introductions and ensure a smooth first day experience

Reporting & Employer Branding

• Monitor probation progress and coordinate evaluations with direct managers

• Prepare monthly recruitment reports: open roles, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and more

• Monitor and respond to company reviews on recruitment platforms

• Contribute to Alamii's employer branding content on LinkedIn

Campus & Talent Pipeline

• Build partnerships with universities, vocational schools (SMK), and relevant institutions

• Coordinate campus hiring events, job fairs, internship programs, and guest lectures

• Manage Alamii's internship program end-to-end: sourcing, selection, placement, and evaluation

• Develop relationships with career centers and student organizations

• Track and report on campus partnership performance and internship conversion rates

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR preferably in a startup or FMCG environment

• Hands on experience managing end to end recruitment independently

• Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (Jobstreet, Glints, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable engaging with candidates at all levels

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
