R&D Confectionery Assistant Manager - Bogor - (ID: 714460)

Key responsibilities

• Develop new confectionery products such as cakes, pastries, baked goods, desserts, and other sweets

• Create and improve recipes based on product concepts and market needs

• Conduct product trials, recipe testing, and prototype development

• Develop products suitable for mass production in a food manufacturing factory

• Adjust recipes and production processes from small-scale trials to mass production

• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and other related departments

• Support production trials and new product launches at the factory

• Improve existing products in terms of taste, quality, appearance, cost, and production efficiency

• Support standardization of recipes, ingredients, production methods, and product specifications

• Provide technical guidance and know-how related to confectionery production

About you

• Experience in confectionery, pastry, bakery, dessert, or food product development

• Practical knowledge of confectionery production

• Strong interest in product development and manufacturing

• Able to work at the Bogor factory initially and later transfer to the new factory in Bekasi

• Experience in R&D / Product Development in a confectionery or food manufacturing company

• Experience developing products for mass production

• Understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality control, hygiene, and food safety

• Experience coordinating with Production and QA/QC teams
