Quantity Surveyor & Quality Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Assurance (QC/QA):

  • Inspect building material quality on-site in accordance with RAB and engineering standards.

  • Monitor field execution processes to align with standard operating procedures and technical drawings.

  • Perform field or laboratory testing on completed works.

  • Record quality issues, draft non-conformance reports, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Quantity Surveying & Cost Control (QS):

  • Calculate work volumes (SAP) based on technical drawings or tender documents (BOQ/BQ).

  • Draft Budget Plan (RAB) and Execution Budget Plan (RAP).

  • Control project costs, track expenses against budget, and calculate variation orders.

  • Manage contract and tender administration, evaluate vendor bids, and prepare contract documents.

• Project Management & Reporting:

  • Manage risk, cost, and overall quality evaluation throughout the construction process.

  • Analyze progress, write evaluation reports, and assess completed work performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in low-rise, high-rise, or hospitality building construction.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.

• Strong technical specs knowledge, Work Execution Plans (RKS), and cost control abilities.

• Strong analytical thinking, proactive mindset, and excellent negotiation/communication skills.
