Quantity Surveyor Cost Planner

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project scope.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Prepare unit rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works.
• Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender and proposal pricing.
• Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Prepare and evaluate Variation Orders (VO) and cost impacts.
• Assist with project cost forecasting and final account.
• Coordinate with Design, Project, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost saving / value engineering

Kualifikasi

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, or cost control.
• Experience in interior fit-out / office renovation / construction is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read construction and interior drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and pricing.
• Good Excel skills and comfortable working with large quantities of data.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
