Procurement Project & Planning Specialist - Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Tanggung jawab

• Manage procurement planning and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Validate procurement requests and conduct budget, cost, and price analysis.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including vendor evaluation and selection.
• Monitor vendor contracts and performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Support users with procurement advice and drive continuous process improvement.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in quantity measurement, technical drawing analysis, cost planning, cost estimation, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, industry standards, and regulations.
• Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, lump sum, unit price), including variation orders and claim management.
• Familiar with procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation, with strong analytical, logical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; QS certification (CQS, IQSI, RICS, etc.) is preferred.
