Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Quantity Surveyor Staff responsible for quantity management, cost estimation, budget control, and commercial administration of projects in Labuan Bajo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project quantities and cost estimation

• Control and monitor project budgets

• Handle commercial administration of projects

• Analyze RAB, BOQ, and Quantity Take-Off documents

• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Prepare cost control reports and analysis

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction, property development, hotel, resort, or hospitality sectors

• Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo, Flores

• Experience on hotel/resort projects or large-scale construction projects preferred

• Understanding of RAB, BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, cost estimation, and cost control

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD skills preferred

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability

• Ability to work to deadlines and targets

• Good communication and coordination skills
