Quantity Surveyor

About the role

A Quantity Surveyor role focused on preparing and reviewing cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget

• Review and analyze quotations, material costs, and contractor pricing

• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Procurement, and Contractor teams regarding project costs and quantities

• Prepare cost reports and provide updates on budget status and cost variations

• Assist with cost control, value engineering, and contract administration as required

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying or construction software

• Good understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, construction materials, and project cost control

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• English proficiency is required

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
