Render Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality architectural renders and visualizations based on design concepts.

• Develop realistic 3D environments, materials, lighting, and architectural details.

• Produce high-quality renders for presentations, marketing, and project development.

• Coordinate with Architecture, Interior, and Development teams to ensure visuals accurately reflect the design.

• Make revisions and updates based on feedback from the Architect and project team.

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Render Specialist, 3D Artist, or Architectural Visualizer is preferred.

• Proficient in Unreal Engine and other relevant 3D rendering software.

• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, composition, and architectural visualization.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• English proficiency is required.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
