QHSE Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geophysics, Environmental Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or equivalent position.

• Experience in Induced Polarization survey projects or geotechnical mining exploration.

• In-depth understanding of Working at Heights and Hot Work procedures.

• Capable of preparing HSSE Performance Statistic Reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational risks and hazards, and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented for project-related activities.

• Identify and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and specific requirements from clients, industrial estate management, and other relevant authorities.

• Oversee and monitor the implementation of the HSSE Plan throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise employee compliance with safety and environmental procedures established by the government and the company.

• Deliver training to employees regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) aspects.

• Plan and conduct internal audits to measure the implementation of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System across all divisions.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformities found in the workplace.
