Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector

• Proven expertise in goods and services verification

• Active TKDN Verifier certification

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel

• Sharp attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Compile data for TKDN calculations

• Coordinate directly with contract holders and person-in-charge (PIC)

• Calculate and determine final TKDN percentages

• Audit supporting vendor documentation and proof of local expenditures

• Prepare formal verification reports and present findings to management or auditors

• Monitor compliance throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure local content targets are met
