Qc Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QC Supervisor to lead our Quality Control team. The successful candidate will ensure that products meet strict quality standards, implement QC systems, and apply advanced quality management tools to achieve continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily quality control operations in production

• Implement, monitor, and improve quality inspection standards and procedures

• Apply and analyze quality data using QC Management Tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues

• Lead problem-solving activities and corrective/preventive actions

• Train and guide QC staff to enhance technical and analytical skills

• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management in English

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing industry (electrical appliances preferred)

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Strong knowledge of QC Management Tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.)

• Familiar with ISO 9001, QMS, and other quality management systems

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
