Purchasing Staff (Import & Lokal)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, with hands-on experience in import purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.

• Familiar with import procedures, documentation, and applicable regulations.

• Experienced in sourcing overseas suppliers and negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Able to coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.

• Experienced in handling local purchasing and maintaining supplier relationships.

• Able to compare supplier quotations and analyze total purchasing costs, including import-related costs.

• Good command of English for correspondence with overseas suppliers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Detail-oriented, with good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work in Bantar Gebang, Bekasi.
