About the role

This role involves managing the procurement function, including processing purchase requests, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring quality control of incoming goods. You will negotiate supplier prices, maintain supplier relationships, coordinate with finance on invoicing and payments, monitor inventory and raw material costs, and prepare monthly purchasing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and issue POs per approvals

• Source, negotiate and compare supplier prices

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluation

• Inspect incoming goods with Warehouse/Kitchen and ensure compliance with PO and invoice

• Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, payments, and tracking supplier debt

• Monitor stock and raw material prices to support food cost control

• Prepare monthly purchasing reports

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in F&B/hospitality

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic cost control knowledge

• Detail-oriented, honest and a strong negotiator

• Knowledge of the local Bali supplier market

• Own transport and valid license are a plus
