Public Relations Manager

About The Role:
Feihe AceKid Indonesia is seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relations Manager to strengthen brand reputation, build strong media relationships, and enhance corporate communications in Indonesia. In this role, you will lead PR strategies and communications initiatives to increase brand awareness, establish positive relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure consistent, credible, and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels. You will oversee media relations, press releases, corporate communications, public events, and crisis communications while identifying opportunities to strengthen Feihe AceKid's reputation in the competitive mother and child nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and corporate communication goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, KOLs, and relevant industry stakeholders to secure positive and strategic media coverage.

• Develop key messages, press releases, media statements, corporate profiles, executive talking points, and other communication materials.

• Plan and manage press conferences, media briefings, product launches, media gatherings, interviews, and other PR activities.

• Identify newsworthy stories, industry trends, and publicity opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and communicate Feihe AceKid's brand values effectively.

• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage, identify potential reputational risks, and develop appropriate communication strategies to manage sensitive issues and protect brand reputation.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, agencies, media representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor online media coverage, public discussions, and brand sentiment, and collaborate with digital marketing and social media teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

• Manage external PR agencies, vendors, campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.

• Track PR performance through media coverage, share of voice, sentiment analysis, message penetration, and other relevant KPIs, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and other internal teams to ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or brand communications, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven experience developing and executing PR strategies, managing media relations, and delivering successful communication campaigns.

• Strong network and established relationships with Indonesian media, journalists, editors, and relevant industry stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Strong storytelling, copywriting, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage media events, press conferences, product launches, and corporate communication initiatives.

• Experience managing external agencies, budgets, multiple projects, and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
