Marketing Communication & Public Relations Manager

We are looking for a strategic and creative individual who is experienced in Public Relations, Marketing Communication, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Relations, and Event Management.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, creative agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute PR & Marketing Communication strategies
• Manage media relations and public communications
• Handle public complaints and crisis communication
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional materials
• Monitor media and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure brand communication aligns with brand guidelines
• Lead and develop the Marketing Communication & PR team
• Support the achievement of property sales targets
