Project Planner - Data Center Construction

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls activities for Data Center construction projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure effective schedule management and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Establish baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path activities.

• Monitor construction progress against approved project schedules and milestones.

• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify potential schedule delays.

• Review contractor schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.

• Coordinate planning activities across CSA, MEP, and commissioning disciplines.

• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and schedule variance analyses.

• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation or acceleration measures.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and project teams to ensure accurate progress reporting.

• Support schedule updates related to testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant project planning and scheduling experience.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), WBS, baseline scheduling, and schedule monitoring.

• Experience developing and managing construction schedules for Data Center projects.

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary construction sequencing, including CSA, MEP, testing, and commissioning interfaces.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned to Jakarta or Batam.
