Project Manager (PMC) - Data Center Project

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMC) to manage the execution and delivery of Data Center construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall project implementation from construction planning through completion and handover.

- Lead PMC teams and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.

- Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, quality, safety, and contractual deliverables.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

- Review project execution plans, construction schedules, progress reports, and technical submissions.

- Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues, and implement mitigation measures.

- Monitor contractor performance and support resolution of critical technical and operational issues.

- Oversee project reporting, meetings, stakeholder communications, and delivery milestones.

- Coordinate construction completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in Data Center project management.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary construction projects.

- Strong understanding of Data Center construction processes, MEP and CSA coordination, and project delivery.

- Excellent leadership, planning, contractual coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Recognized project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.

- Strong written and spoken English.

- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

- Willing to be assigned to Jakarta or Batam.
