Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Meeting with clients to finalize and sign required documents
• Prepare quotations for customers and ensure the drawings and specifications satisfy their requirements
• Visit site to take measurements and prepare basic planning
• Work together with Interior Design team to set up meetings with potential client to understand their Interior Design requirements
• Monitor the projects status and be the main person to communicate with clients
• Maintain a high degree of customer relationship and to ensure all merchandising and project tools are up to date
• Report to Director on project prospects, weekly reviews, etc.

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferable, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil or equivalent
• At least 5-10 year(s) experiences in handling Interior Design/furniture projects are a plus
• Required skill (s): Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, independent, market analysis, presentations, selling and negotiation skills, motivated and willing to learn
• Communication is a plus and must can speak English
• Able to work under pressure
• Interacts effectively with all team project and subcon
• The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring project deliverables are met, and leading the execution of high-quality projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role
