Project Controller (Data Center Construction)

About the role

Arbeit Group is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support Data Center Construction and Infrastructure Projects in Cikarang.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

• Track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and timelines

• Monitor progress against approved schedules and identify delays or risks

• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Logistics teams

• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans

• Support project planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimization

• Present project schedule updates and key risks to stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Scheduling

• Fluent in English

• Experience in Construction or Data Center projects is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6

• Strong understanding of project controls and construction sequencing

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
