Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction, mining, or infrastructure development projects, supported by an employment/reference letter.

• Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera; relevant certification is preferred.

• Familiar with S-Curve monitoring, Project Recovery Plan analysis, and Cost Control / Budget Control

• Possession of a First-Line Operational Supervisor (POP) Certificate and other certifications related to Project Control will be an advantage.

• Applicants from East Halmahera will be prioritized, provided they meet the required competency and attitude criteria.
