Civil & Mining Infrastructure Construction Manager

Good news! PT Sumberdaya Arindo is looking for a Civil & Mining Infrastructure Construction Manager to lead civil construction, mine development, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering (mandatory).

2. Master’s Degree (S2) in Construction Management or Project Management is an added advantage.

3. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, mine development, and/or large-scale earthworks in the mining industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Project Manager.

4. Proven hands-on experience managing mine road construction and large-scale earthworks exceeding 1 million BCM.

5. Experience in steel bridge projects and camp/office facility construction is an added advantage.

6. Minimum 3 years of experience in mining and/or remote-site operations, including mine development projects (mandatory).

7. SKK Konstruksi Ahli Madya/Ahli Utama (Level 8–9) in Road Engineering or Bridge Engineering, or SKK Ahli Teknik Jalan & Jembatan (Level 8–9).

8. POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification (mandatory); POM/POU certification is an added advantage.
