Project Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project , ensuring specifications and requirements are met, and reviewing progress while liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Control and ensure all project finished within the appropriate scheduled timeline and on budget.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports and ensure all documentation reports.
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any issues happen during construction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from related fields
• Have minimum 5 years working experience as Project Leader/Project Supervisor/Project Manager in Retail Industry
• Strong experience dealing with contractors
• Strong leadership and team work skill
• Fast pace and agile personalities
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
• Proficient in English speaking & writing
• Must willing to work 100% from office at Erajaya Active Lifestyle, Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Barat
