Tanggung jawab

1. Manage end-to-end execution of SejutaCita programs (competition, scholarship, trips)
2. Design participant journey (announcement → selection → onboarding → execution)
3. Handle communication with participants & parents
4. Coordinate mentors, alumni, and partners
5. Ensure high NPS & participant satisfaction
6. Create engagement strategy to grow strong alumni community

Persyaratan

1. 2–4 years experience in event/program management
2. Strong project management & coordination skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Detail-oriented & organized
5. Passionate about youth development & leadership
6. Comfortable handling 500–2,000 participants scale
