Production Supervisor Mandarin

About the role

Production Supervisor role requiring active Mandarin communication skills for coordination with foreign management and workforce in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage production teams, assign tasks, and monitor operator performance

• Understand and implement production processes, SOPs, production targets, and quality control

• Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency

• Create daily production reports and evaluate achievement against targets

• Apply 5S/6S, occupational health and safety, and quality standards in the manufacturing environment

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in production/manufacturing, preferably with prior experience as Production Leader or Supervisor

• Active communication in Mandarin, both spoken and written

• Understanding of production processes, SOPs, production targets, and quality control

• Team leadership capability, task allocation, and operator performance monitoring skills

• Problem-solving and leadership capabilities

• Knowledge of 5S/6S, occupational health and safety, and quality standards in manufacturing

• Willing to work on shift systems and be placed according to company location
