Manager HR (Mandarin)

About the role

This role encompasses comprehensive HR operational and strategic management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and HR administration. The position serves as a critical communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking management with local employees across divisions, while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labour law and government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Human Resources functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and HR administration

• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian Labour Law and applicable government regulations

• Handle industrial relations, employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and communication with labour unions or relevant authorities

• Serve as communication liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees across various divisions

• Manage payroll systems, employee benefits, BPJS, and HR budgets in cooperation with the finance team

• Administer management including documentation, permits, and operational requirements for foreign workers from China

• Prepare workforce data reports, manpower analysis, KPI evaluations, and HR documentation for management
