Production Manager - Sidoarjo & Food Manufacture - WFO

PERSOL Indonesia currently assisting one of FMCG (food & snack) manufacturer as a Production Manager with a placement in Sidoarjo, East Java

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION MANAGER:

1. Lead overall production operations to achieve targeted output, product quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance objectives.

2. Develop and execute production plans to ensure optimal resource utilization, on-time delivery, and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

3. Manage manpower allocation, workforce planning, and production capacity to meet business requirements and production targets.

4. Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics, including productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and production efficiency.

5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production activities to enhance quality, reduce waste, optimize costs, and improve operational excellence.

6. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and compliant manufacturing operations.

7. Ensure adherence to safety, food quality, regulatory, and manufacturing standards while fostering a high-performance culture within the production team.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Production and Manufacturing operations.

• At least 4 years of proven experience in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.

• Previous experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

• Strong expertise in production continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process optimization initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability in developing production systems, improving productivity, and leading effective problem-solving activities.

• Willing to be based in the Industrial Area of Sidoarjo, East Java, and work on a six-day workweek schedule.
