About the Role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to support the operation of our new Shortening Plant. You will be responsible for production planning, warehouse and shipment coordination, process optimization, quality assurance, and equipment performance to ensure smooth plant operations and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities based on shipment requirements

• Manage manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, tank allocation, and warehouse capacity

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Laboratory, Maintenance, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor product quality, process parameters, and packaging conditions

• Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce losses

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot production issues

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and company standards

• Prepare production and operational performance reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations

• Experience in Shortening, Margarine, or Food Manufacturing industries is preferred

• Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, warehouse operations, and shipment coordination

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and ERP systems

• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
