Location: Rokan Hilir, Riau

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Mill Manager to support the daily operations of our Palm Oil Mill and ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

In this role, you will lead operational and maintenance teams, optimize mill performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall Palm Oil Mill operations to achieve production and quality targets.

• Monitor processing, maintenance, and utility activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Lead and develop mill operational teams to improve productivity and performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.

• Manage spare parts planning and maintenance resources effectively.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related disciplines).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Palm Oil Mill operations.

• Strong knowledge of mill processes, maintenance, and utility systems.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with ISPO, RSPO, and HSE standards is an advantage.

• Willing to be placed in mill operations.
